Policy FeesAA will provide a quote to any driver interested in their Drivesafe car insurance product. They do not charge for the GPS unit nor do they charge for installation of the unit. There is a policy arrangement fee of £30. Additional fees that can occur with the policy are:
- Up to £120 if you cancel your car insurance policy outside the cooling off period of 14 days or after the Drivesafe Box has been installed into the car.
- Up to £25 for mid-term adjustments (excluding change of vehicle) and printed documents.
- Up to £120 to change your car and reinstall a Drivesafe Box into the new car.
- £45 for failure to keep the appointment for installation of the GPS unit, or if you do not have the required documents with you for installation. (The documents usually required for review are driving license, registration certificate (V5C) and no-claims discount.)
- £90 to remove the Drivesafe box or GPS unit from your vehicle at your request.
